The academy has an authentic feel, is friendly, and is not intimidating. The coaches are qualified and experienced with a passion for boxing and teaching it, giving a sense of energy and vitality. All-inclusive, regardless of age, gender, and ability The classes are structured according to ability (from absolute beginner where you develop a good foundation and learn the fundamentals of boxing to experienced) as you improve. You have the option to progress to a more technically and physically challenging session.
We are not a boutique boxing gym, so please do not expect a jacuzzi and spa. The coaches will motivate you to come out of your comfort zone and become a better version of yourself.
